BlueMatter SOC Security Alerts — Last updated: August 2026
The BlueMatter SOC Security Alerts program, operated by BlueMatter Consulting, sends automated SMS notifications about severe security incidents affecting BlueMatter's internal systems. Alerts are delivered to the account owner and designated IT administrator so they can respond promptly to security events. This is an internal operational alerting program, not a marketing program.
Recipients opt in to this program by providing their own mobile phone numbers for the purpose of receiving internal security alerts. Only the account owner and the designated IT administrator are enrolled, using numbers they have supplied themselves.
Message frequency varies based on security events. You will receive messages when a qualifying security incident occurs; there is no fixed schedule.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages to you. You will no longer receive security alerts by SMS unless you re-enroll.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to the availability and reliability of mobile carrier networks.
